1. Our services

EasyStartup provides website redesign, new website development, website audits, feature development, and website maintenance. The exact deliverables, timeline, and price for your project are confirmed in writing (on WhatsApp, email, or an invoice) before work begins. If anything needs to change mid-project, we will discuss and confirm the change with you first.

2. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website (such as “starting from ₹10,499 incl. GST”) are indicative starting prices. Your final quote depends on your requirements, number of pages, features, and content readiness. A quote is valid for 15 days from the date it is shared unless stated otherwise.

3. Payments

• Payments are made as agreed in your quote or invoice — typically an advance before work starts, with the balance on milestones or before launch.
• We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other methods mentioned on your invoice. We do not collect card details on this website.
• Work pauses if a due payment is delayed by more than 7 days, and timelines shift accordingly. Amounts already paid for completed work are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Your responsibilities

To keep your project on schedule, you agree to:

• Share required content (text, images, logos), access credentials, and feedback within the timelines we agree on.
• Ensure you own or have the rights to all content you provide.
• Review drafts and deliverables promptly — approval delays extend the delivery timeline by the same duration.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds, confirmed in your quote. Revisions mean refinements to the agreed scope — not new pages, features, or a different design direction. Additional work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately.

6. Timelines

We share a realistic timeline before starting and keep you updated on progress. Timelines assume timely payments, content, and feedback from your side, and may shift due to scope changes or third-party dependencies (such as domain, hosting, or payment-gateway providers).

7. Intellectual property

• On receipt of full payment, you own the final website design, content, and code we created specifically for your project.
• We may reuse general know-how, reusable components, and techniques learned during your project for other work.
• Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins, themes) remain governed by their own licences, and any recurring licence or subscription costs are yours unless included in your quote.
• Until full payment is received, all deliverables remain the property of EasyStartup.

8. Confidentiality

Both sides agree to keep shared business information, credentials, and unpublished materials confidential and to use them only for the project, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Portfolio and testimonials

Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may mention your business name and show screenshots of the launched website in our portfolio and marketing. We will never share your private business data or credentials.

10. Warranties and liability

• We build your website with professional care and test it before launch, and we fix genuine defects in our own work reported within 15 days of launch at no charge.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, hosting, domain providers, content you supply, or changes made by you or others after handover.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business interruption.

11. Termination

Either side may end a project with written notice (WhatsApp or email is fine). You pay for all work completed up to the termination date, and refunds — if any — follow our Refund Policy. Domain names, hosting accounts, and third-party subscriptions in your name remain yours.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion, and failing that, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bhandara, Maharashtra.
