Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At EasyStartup, operated by QOPTERVZN INFOCOM PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to deliver high-quality website development services. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.

2. Cancellation by Client

2.1 Before Project Commencement

If you cancel before any work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment made, minus any transaction or processing charges.

2.2 After Project Commencement

If you cancel after work has begun but before 50% of the project is completed:

• The advance payment (50%) is non-refundable for work already performed
• You will receive all work completed up to the cancellation date
• No further payments will be required

2.3 After 50% Completion

If more than 50% of the project scope has been completed, the full agreed price is payable. We will deliver all completed work to you.

3. Cancellation by EasyStartup

We reserve the right to cancel a project and issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• We are unable to deliver the agreed scope due to technical limitations
• The client repeatedly fails to provide required materials despite reasonable reminders
• Mutual agreement that the project is no longer viable

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 Eligible for Refund

• Project cancelled before any work has begun
• Failure to deliver the agreed scope (proven and documented)
• Duplicate payment or billing error

4.2 Not Eligible for Refund

• Work already completed and delivered as per the agreed scope
• Domain registration fees (already paid to the registrar)
• Third-party service costs (hosting, plugins, licenses) already incurred
• Change of mind after project is in progress
• Delays caused by the client
• Services rendered during the post-launch support period

5. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@easystartup.in
• Requests will be acknowledged within 2 business days
• Refund eligibility will be assessed within 7 business days
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method
• Transaction charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable

6. Disputes

In case of any dispute regarding refund eligibility, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings held in Bhandara, Maharashtra, India.

7. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
