1. Information we collect

This website does not require you to create an account or subscribe to a newsletter. We use limited analytics and advertising measurement technologies. The personal information we receive includes information you choose to share with us and limited measurement data:

• Contact details you share: when you message us on WhatsApp, call us, email us, or fill in our contact form (name, email address, phone number if provided, current website, service of interest, and your message).
• Project information: details you share while discussing or executing a project, such as business information, website logins, brand assets, and content you ask us to publish.
• Basic technical logs: our hosting server may record standard log data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors.
• Analytics and advertising measurement: our analytics, Google Ads, and OpenAI Ads tools may receive page, browser, attribution, and conversion information. For OpenAI Ads, the standard lead_createdconversion means that you clicked a tracked link that opened WhatsApp; it does not confirm that you sent a message. We do not include your contact-form fields or message content in that conversion event.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you share only to:

• Respond to your enquiries and prepare quotes or proposals.
• Deliver the website services you engage us for.
• Communicate about your project, timelines, payments, and support.
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations in India.
• Measure website and advertising performance.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

3. WhatsApp and other third-party services

Most conversations with us happen on WhatsApp. When you message us there, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under WhatsApp's privacy policy. Our contact form opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled — nothing is sent until you press Send in WhatsApp yourself.

This site also loads images from our content host and links to external sites (such as live demo websites and Google Maps-style platform links). Those third parties have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. See our Cookie Policy for how third-party cookies may apply.

4. Data storage and security

Enquiry and project communications are stored in the tools we use to run the business (email, WhatsApp Business, and our internal records) and are accessible only to our team. We take reasonable steps to protect this information, such as limiting access and using reputable service providers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data retention

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements (typically up to 8 years for financial records under Indian law). If you would like us to delete your enquiry details, contact us and we will do so unless we are legally required to retain them.

6. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for us to contact you. Our services are directed at business owners and founders. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
